Hi all, I'm posting it because i believe it may help other people. I have an old Creative Sound Blaster Vibra 128 PCI Sound Card and I've recentelly installed Windows 7 on my PC (formerly I had XP). Well, Creative, in its site, says the sound card is discontinued and there is no driver for Vista or 7.

After much searching, I gave up finding a driver. But then i tried the stand-alone driver for Sound Blaster PCI 128 for XP () and it worked! Sound is just fine! For people with discontinued sound cards, maybe this solution will help. The drivers I've tried exclusively for Vibra 128 haven't worked. A generic sound card driver may work, as it did for me.
